CONSTRUCTED WETLANDS WORKSHOP SUMMARY AND RESOURCES
In April of 2021, a Constructed Wetland Workshop was held at Takaka in Golden Bay, which was designed to demonstrate to landowners and support agencies the process of constructing a wetland.
The workshop was brought together by Annette Litherland, NZ Landcare Trust Regional Coordinator for Nelson/Marlborough, in partnership with Tasman District Council. The two day workshop was presented by wetland expert Nathan Burkepile (NZLT) and you can find video coverage of the event and all of Nathan’s presentations available below.
