ACE (AOTEAROA CATCHMENT EXTENSION)

Welcome to ACE (Aotearoa Catchment Extension), an initiative by NZ Landcare Trust. We are committed to empowering catchment group leaders through a dynamic mix of online learning, live events, and community involvement. Our ACE curriculum covers crucial subjects like Freshwater Management, Strategic Leadership, Integrated Farm to Catchment Scale Planning, GMP and Mitigation Tools, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Engagement and Storytelling. 

ACE as a self-learning option – Expression of Interest

Anyone who works in the New Zealand catchment space, whether you are a rural professional, a catchment leader, a catchment coordinator, or a farmer leader, is welcome to apply to undertake ACE as a self-led learning journey.

This journey will come complete with the ACE handbook posted out to you to help guide you through your learning, as well as the full online platform.
